► Air conditioning inspections to satisfy the EPBD are required by 4 January 2009 for all systems with a cooling capacity greater than 250 kW, followed by the first inspection of all systems greater than 12 kW by January 2011. Click here for more information about air conditioning inspections.

Did You Know?
That even well-maintained buildings often have the potential to save at least 10% on their energy bills? Most can save significantly more. This saving goes directly to your bottom line, making energy audits and surveys cost-effective even where certification is not required. Rising energy prices make reducing energy consumption ever-more important. Improving the ‘green’ image of your organisation can also provide a powerful business advantage as energy efficiency and corporate social responsibility concerns grow.
