David Cocking is the sole Director of Arrow Energy Solutions Ltd and is based in the West Midlands. David has an MSc in building services engineering and qualified as a building services engineer with a HNC in building services HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) in 1995. With a wealth of experience in engineering inspection and assessment, David was the first energy assessor in the UK to gain accreditation in all three non-domestic certification strands (EPCs, DECs and air conditioning inspections). He is a Chartered Engineer registered with the UK Engineering Council and Energy Institute, and a Low Carbon Consultant registered with the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
